What we do springs from who we are.

Who Are We?

DARN has members from South Dakota, North Dakota, Wyoming, Nebraska, Minnesota, Texas, Indiana, Ohio, and is continually expanding. We represent a broad range of interests in amphibians and reptiles and come from diverse backgrounds. We’re professional herpetologists, educators, national forest and grassland biologists, national and state park service employees, state game and fish department personnel, representatives of non-government organizations, students, and individuals who just want to know more about these animals.
